I know the source (Tribal) is s***e, but Jeremy Menez of Monaco looks like a very interesting player. I think he is two-footed and mostly play as a left winger.

a quality attacking ball-carrier who plays wide & gets defenders backpedaling is one of the things we are lacking at the moment.

He's only been playing as a winger for a year or two, before that he was a forward. United tried to sign him when he was 16 but he wanted to stay in France at the time.

Babel wouldn't be playing as a winger though. He'd be playing as a left sided forward - much more advanced.

 

That's where he's played for Ajax and the Netherlands for the past couple of years. He knows the position.

based off of the recent reports, i think our chances of snatching Giovani are very slim... he doesn't want to leave Barca & Barca don't want him to go.

 

Menez & Nasri is much more realistic as i can see them moving up the ladder to bigger clubs soon... we seem to be following the pair as well.

 

Babel can play in the advanced role on the left as Fletcher said above.
