When can you apply for a tcket via the UEFA website lottery? Can't find it on the site, but it was closed to applications in February for 2007 final as I remember.

In 2006 for the final in Paris the dates for the ballot were as follows.

 

Ballot application window opens: 3 Feb 2006

Ballot application window closes: 24 Feb 2006

Ballot takes place in March.

 

It'll probably be something similar this time.
