No the point was that Maureen was looking right at the "incident" but didnt react or call for a pen. Someone obviously told him after the game Chelsea should have had a pen.

I think he was trying to create a situation whereby people think Chelsea have been hard done by with decisions in the hope that one decision, which might be all it takes, goes their way.

It's unfortunate for him that he tried to make a case over an incident that just couldn't have been a penalty!
