Some tool of a bookie was offering 100-1 on Bellamy scoring and doing a golf swing.

 

Now, one of two things has happened, either Bellamy clubbed Riise in which case he will be nowhere near the f***ing pitch, or, it's been exaggerated out of all proportion so OF COURSE he will milk it if he scores.

 

Effectively it was 100-1 on Bellamy scoring. I really hope Andy Mac or some of the other Betfairers spotted these bets (a mate mentioned 102-1 offered last night) and f***ing cleaned up !!!!!!

Sorry, misread your reply, that's still a decent price but I prefer the bet of it being Bellamy. Bellamy is what 2-1 to score at any point in 90mins so you are getting 50-1 for the goal celebaration !!!!

I heard it was Paddy Power and I heard about it yesterday. Thought it was a great bet but wasnt going to go into a bookies and ask them to confirm something that was mentioned in passing on the internet. Would only have stuck 2 quid on it, nothing more. But my reaction was that Bellamy's celebration, if he scored, would be linked to the golf

There certainly wasnt a market on Betfair for it. I backed Bellamy & Riise for 1st goal. Unlucky me. Should have just backed them scoring. Hindshight & betting eh?

 

I would be surprised if it was offered anywhere as its not a thing of chance (the golf part) and bookies won't normally do things like that.

 

I thought if Bellamy, or indeed Riise, scored (which in my mind was a big IF!!!) then they would probably do something golf related. After Bellamy did his thing and then JAR scored I was really hoping he would too.

 

Good for JAR too, he's takena lot of s*** on here, and whilst he has had a bad trot by his standards lately he has been one ofour most consistent players over the last few years and clearly cares about the club.
