After all the (Ridiculous IMO) doom and gloom of recent months, given we're on the back of 4 good wins (and a heap of goals scored) how do people currently feel about the manager, the team and the club.

I'm still (And was anyway TBH) made up with Rafa - the man oozes class and decency - even when things aren't going well he refuses to get involved with traps laid for him by the media and always conducts himself very well. I think he's learnt a lot - and hopefully starting tonight will start improving our away form - he's got a good squad and it's time for it to start firing away - and let's face it there is no reason why it can't. A good win tonight and that'll mean 5 in a row - going to be a difficult game but hopefully a good one and if we take our chances it's going to look good.

The team and squad seem to be maturing all the time - we've got some genuine talent in the background and some amazing players which are now starting to shine - the more we can build this and the more we can rotate and keep them fresh bodes well for especially the cup competitions where other teams look jaded later on (If we can stay in them obviously) and may still mean that we've a chance in the league - given a few weeks ago 4th places was supposedly unattainable - 2 points away now doesn't appear to be that big an ask if we can keep our run of form going - obviously Arsenal away is going to be a big, big tester - but they have to face Everton tonight and hopefully the toffess will do us a favour and kick seven bells out of them and their whining manager.

The club is still an example of a club that doesn't need to and hasn't sold out - regardless of what certain know-nothing hacks have printed - we aren't "Debt ridden" and aren't "Cash strapped" - I just hope that the current setup can continue and we don't need to sell out to a bunch of gonks that we know will ruin everything. They may inject cash - they may do this that and the other - but they'll be taking our history with them - look at all the other sides that have sold out and they just aren't the same - their link with their fans is a distant memory and although things aren't 100% rosy at Anfield with the fans - it's a hell of a lot better than it'll be if we have some American or Thai git take us over and ruin everything..

i agree with you. A little nervous still due to the recent blip but current form is looking good.

Rafa is an excellent manager, if he was to be replaced i can't for the life of me think who he could be replaced with. I love the bloke.

Really happy with Raffa and the team to be honest. But I'm gutted over our stink start to the league but I can't blame the manager for that. I really don't think there is much he can do about players being out of form. It must be incredibly frustrating for him.

the test of how good this team comes now, not after 4 victories at home against teams we should be beating at home.

Arsenal and Boro both away in the leage are next, if we can get 4 points from those two games I'll be encouraged.

Rafa is and always will be the best man for the job at Liverpool. He gives 110% and is as focused on winning as any manager out there. Unfortunately for Liverpool fans the media has to jump on any situation and turn it into a soap opera. Man Utd and Chelsea have certainly not lost anything this season so to expect us to automatically zoom to the top of the league in October was a long shot considering we played both of them away. Only Arsenal have shown some inconsistancy. There is no let up in the league any more with the winners generally losing very few if any games. I don't think this season will be any different. When you consider the likes of Bolton, Blackburn, Spurs, Everton, Pompey, and Villa are all looking for a top four finish the league has become a very tough battlefield which is starting to make the CL look tame.

Really happy with Rafa. But the purchases of Pennant, Bellamy Gonzalez havent lived to expactations as yet, thus SO FAR the defeciances we had last season can still be reflected in this season s team, and in the league table. Jury still out but perhaps rafa learnt the lesson that sometimes it is better to spend a few bob more in order to purchase your number 1 target.
