Guest Paddy Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 (edited) This is from November, which everyone already knew about. Nice to see the vutures circling already though. Edited July 2, 2006 by Paddy
CarraLegend Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Link No big deal, i'd say the club knew this was coming and still decided to sign him anyway. Probably checked out the case down to every last detail to.
Guest Jack Bauer Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 I've only read the first few lines, but why doesn't it mention that these charges are from back in Febuary?
Guest Paddy Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Doubt he'll do any time. He'll probably get a fine and have to pay damages to the gobby Cardiff bint.
Wiseman Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Doubt he'll do any time. He'll probably get a fine and have to pay damages to the gobby Cardiff bint. What's the point of banning him if he keeps coming back?
Guest Paddy Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 She probably deserved it anyway. Too right. Money grabbing boot.
Guest shankers Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Acording to 5 live if he is found guilty he could be looking at 6 months.
Guest Anders Honoré Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Acording to 5 live if he is found guilty he could be looking at 6 months. probation surely?
Guest Paddy Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Acording to 5 live if he is found guilty he could be looking at 6 months. And you believed them? Torres is signing later for 5 million plus a bag of maltesers.
Rimbeux Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Beats hitting your pregnant wife I suppose. Which he didn't of course
Guest Paddy Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Which he didn't of course Who? Cisse? Was cautioned for it apparently. Kept that one quiet. Good work by the club.
Rimbeux Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Who? Cisse? Was cautioned for it apparently. Kept that one quiet. Good work by the club. His neighbour you mean
Guest shankers Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 And you believed them? Torres is signing later for 5 million plus a bag of maltesers. I never said i believed them i was just passsing on what i heard on 5 live thats all.
Albertini Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 About 2 years ago two Leeds RL players got time for assaulting another RL player outside a Leeds nightclub. As they were "public" figures the Judge made an exmaple and they both did time. I would not take it for granted that if found guilty he won't get a custodial sentence.
David Hodgson Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 No big deal, i'd say the club knew this was coming and still decided to sign him anyway. Probably checked out the case down to every last detail to. You'd hope so wouldn't you ? I have faith that Rafa and the club would not be so stupid as to sign a player who would be likely to be facing a 6 month stint in the jug. BELLAMY IS INNOCENT...the campaign starts here.
Guest Paddy Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Rafa is a bit stupid like. What's he ever won anyway.
New York Red Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 I've only read the first few lines, but why doesn't it mention that these charges are from back in Febuary? Ummmmm, actually it says this... "The former Blackburn Rovers striker was arrested by police in March after a 19-year-old girl claimed he struck her at the bar and restaurant during a night out on Sunday, February 5."
