it's an academy of famous french artists.they're all very old and lovers of the french language.

each year,they gather to discuss which names are gonna be introduced in the french language.

for example ,one year,they had to discuss which name was gonna be given to someone who loves wearing lapelbadges just like the famous kopite.

they decided that the word would be "un philopin".

yes it's always "bon anniversaire" because you say "un" anniversaire ,not "une" anniversaire.
