it's existed as a story before last night. but klopp could have been at the game to watch anyone or everyone or no one and most likely in a section where there are agents etc.

i'd say it's fairly hard to tell with him. has looked well short at times and really effective at others. mourinho another factor, given his form with youngsters and fact rashford's best chance of start now looks to be wider.

not much to be done about the impatience of a fanbase. it's really for the club to be stronger and learn from mistakes, i don't expect or think we need 'names' all the time, but clearly there should be the urge to secure top players when and where they are required.

it's probably his attitude they like as much as anything. seems to have been a bit more acceptance from wenger of late that they need a bit more devil; suarez pointed to it, as do sanchez and xhaka. i'm just not sure he suits the very precise, technical style, which hasn't look like changing.

i think if he wants to sell them we will. replacements might be more of a problem. and i agree with a lot of what you say, clearly been too many good players lost and too few bought in to replace them, but i also think another part of the issue is we just haven't had any focus or patience to build a team or way of playing over this recent period. far too many lads, including a few who've improved out of sight under klopp, been bought in with no realistic idea about how we're going to use them; can, origi, lovren, firmino, at least.
