Ibe hasnt shown the potential in the last few appearances that he did earlier on. However, Klopp has always said he is willing to work with players if they're willing to improve. He also mentioned that the younger the player, the more chances he might get (not exact verbatim but that was the essence). In that case, if he feels Ibe isnt cutting it, it means he's squandered the chances afforded to him and then can leave for sure.
