I'd think that the ballot would have a sub ballot for just ST and then one for non ST. If you are stumping up that much money upfront for all these matches then you ought to have a better chance for some of the final tickets. The club should also have another offer, pay for 3 years ST right now and you get a guaranteed final ticket. Club gets 3X upfront (but freeze that price) and people get guaranteed final tickets.

I dont agree with this injury reason. players can get injured at home, during training, warm ups, in the first minute of the final. Just play your best 11 against Chelsea and beat them.

Looks like it. While watching the film it was one of the first things I thought of, why is the earlier guy not at the ground? This giving him tickets bulls*** is just covering their ass. He was not quitting the force, was just moving to another team per-say. They should have made it part of his transfer, to police this match.
