If we get rid of some of the deadwood today, then it’s just a bonus! - Either way, these players know they won't be getting a game for us, so even know their wages are still coming in, so are the end of their careers... If they want to prove something about their footballing ability rather than how much they can earn by merely training, then it won't be for LFC. If we sign any more quality players in this transfer window then it’s really just going the extra mile... There is still January to come *if* we notice holes in our team in the next few months... We have already been spoiled this transfer window with some cracking signings, not to mention the difference in staff at the club between this time last year - Out with the bad owners, in with the good, out with the owl-face, and (hopefully) in with a King Kenny knighthood (he should really be a Sir by now!)

Hi all, Just wanted to share a blog post I have written today (giving myself enough time to get into my local boozer for kick-off). It’s all about the recent trip to Kenya that a few of the Liverpool coaching staff and Ian Rush recently went on. I’ve left Merseyside to live in Zanzibar a few months ago. The premier league is massive here, everyone follows the teams, wears the shirts and watches the games. It’s made me realise how far football stretches and how much of a connection you can make with someone you can’t even speak the same language as because of the beautiful game. I don’t know if it’s a co-incidence or not, but all the mates I have made here have been Liverpool fans! Anyway, the blog post is here feel free to take a look.
