Insua looked good when he came on at the weekend but in fairness it was only really in an attacking capacity, we didnt see what he can do defensively.

He has had more good games than bad for us since he's been here but people's opinions are prejudiced by his lack of goals (his assists though are actually pretty good) I hope we don't sell him.

The times we've been able to say that about our opponents this season cannot be coincidental. It is surely the way we play which makes teams look poor - it's true that we should have taken more of an advantage, however, but that's football...

Well done for displaying such strong parenting skills casey. For my part the only thing I will buy that is anything Liverpool related until they have gone is a match ticket (and that is under review)

I agree and Gerrard obviously has a very good understanding with him when they both play for England (much better than with lumpo'lard)

Its starting to become a real problem, and if I feel nervous about set pieces, you can bet your life the players do as well.

Lucas had a good game, but as has been mentioned, he does fade in the last 15-20 minutes.

He played exactly as he does for the reserves - no mean feat considering the step up in quality.

I could never take to him at all but at least he built foundations (and he did discover Stevie )
