Don't agree with this at all. This squad - albeit not perfectly balanced - should be plenty good enough to do that. We should be way better than clinging on by our fingernails for the last 10 mins against West Ham or a 9 man Spurs.
I think all of us most of us want to see of what a clear idea of what Slot wants this team to be. The main problem there is that I don't think Arne knows himself, and that's probably what's going to be what does for him
Yes - it's the average of the coefficient points gained by your teams across all competitions. You can keep track here

England usually does pretty well (currently 2nd but early days) - but no-one should be relying on 5th to get you CL 'cos it might not happen.
Don't forget that the 5th place in the CL is discretionary - based on the performance of English Clubs in Europe this season. PL has it this season but didn't the season before.
I agree with all of that - I just don't think that these green shoots (whilst good to see) are nearly enough to convince me that we've turned a corner. Those fragilities that you mention far outweigh the positives - for me at least.
I may start feeling that way when we start playing well against some decent teams. This run is reasonable, but it's all against teams we should expect to be beating
None of the fundamental problems have been fixed have they?
f***ing embarrassing when your manager is haranguing the 4th official to find out why FT hasn't been blown 'cos you're hanging on against the worst team in PL history.
