Not in the premier league but I think Yassin Moutaouakil who has just signed for Charlton this summer is a fantastic prospect.

I mentioned him after watching the England team at the UEFA under17's. He looked an excellent prospect.

Hope these reports linking us with Chiellini are true, he's a real monster loads of energy and athletism. Similar to Micah Richards and Sergio Ramos (but obviously left sided) he is a very powerful full back who like the two mentioned I see playing at centre back as there long term position.

Good to hear, many have speculated that we would use Torres deeper possibly in the hole.Personally i don't think he be suited to that and wouldn't make the most of his pace. He will also work the channels,run in behind and also come short because he has a fairly complete game, sort of like Henry but more often in the box than Thierry. This quote is good to hear and suggests Rafa will use Torres as an out and out centre forward and I believe he willl thrive in this position.

The thing about Wenger "ive never broken a contract.." is that he also once stated that you should never go into the last year of your contract because of the uncertainty it brings.

I'm not a fan of JAR but he like Luis is/was one of our few goal threats from players other than strikers. I really rate Heinze , however he is very defensive and while if fit and on form he would improve us defensively this for me this is not an area of great concern. If Riise is to be replaced I'd like to see someone who while been a good defender is also a good footballer and can help improve us as an attacking team. There has been some speculation that Grosso is available from Inter, if so i'd hope we would look at him. Similarly when replacing Garcia we need a player who not only replaces his flare but also his goals. While Benanyoun is a tidy little player his goal record doesn't compare to LG and for me he is not the answer.

While Henry is a fantastic player I don't think his loss is a huge problem. They have Van Persie and Addebayor who are more than capable of getting them goals. Arsenal's problem is in midfield, like us they have a midfield who seriously lack goals. Hleb,Fabregas,Rosicky are all pretty toothless in front of goal and imo Wenger has not replaced Pires and to a certain extent Ljunberg.

I really rate Bent, as I said in the Owen thread if we sign him it's not dissimilar to Barcelona when they signe Eto'o from Mallorca. Benayoun while talented reminds a little of Smicer.

Eto'o is another for the list.

Owen at £9Mil would be hard to argue against. As for Bent I rate him pretty highly and he has scored goals all of his career. He is quick, strong a good finisher and is v good in the air. I'd view his signing as not too dissimilar to when Barcelona signed Eto'o from Mallorca.

I could be wrong but i believe the transfer window applies europe wide, so the fact that Bayern have already held a press conference for Ribery and Toni would suggest that players can be presented earlier. I believe July 1st is the earliest date at which a player can play for a new club.

Nasri is an attacking midfielder "new zidane" if you will, fantastic talent and it would be great to get him as part of any Cisse deal.

Saw him at Under 17 world cup, he was fantastic. He can play on the left but I think he is better a central attacking midfielder.

He's had a lot of problems with injury. I know it sounds strange but he could potentially be a fantastic striker if he scored more goals, he only manages 4 or 5 a season for Bayern. He's got excellent touch etc and he's very good in the air, a good run in a side where he is the main striker could help him find some consistancy in front of goal.

It's only one less than Villa and Athletico are pretty hit and miss.

I suggested the same thing on here two years ago when we first bid for him, he is very much in the Heinze mould.

Bojan didn't have the best of tournaments but scored in the semi and the final so he seems to score important goals. Read a bit about Moses seems quite sensible staying at Palace etc. The final itself was a bit of a let down, both teams have played better earlier in the competition and both looked scared of losing it for much of the match. Rose is better when used out wide and despite the hype i'm not really convinced by Porrit. Arsenal fans have quite high hopes for Lansbury too.
