If true, then id sack him in the morning. I think all the signings though fall at the managers feet. Im guessing the scouting department/committee give Rodgers a dossier on players they believe will improve us. If the manager then sees fit to ok these deals, then he is as culpable as the s***ty scouts. Its actually easier for the manager to then find fault, because it would be his job to try and prove the scouts wrong. A player should only be signed when the manager cannot see anything negative in the player that has been recommended. Simple as that.
