It’s interesting how there’s a widespread opinion that Kane just hasn’t been fit these past few games. Pundits saying he doesn’t look fit, but the manager and the player denying to this minute that there’s any issue with his fitness. It’s not like there’s been any attempt to disguise other injuries or missed sessions. Could it be he’s just struggled to get into the game & play well?

Think there will be interesting action, or inaction. For Spurs might be a case of nothing at all happens, whilst Chelsea may be going for significant ins and outs. Wasn’t thinking in terms of crisis myself, just what the window & WC might induce over next 3 weeks

Across the board, with WC added in, could be mad. You look at such as Spurs with pretty much a full team that won’t be back training until the week of the first game, what are they going to do to deal with that? Then you’ve got Chelsea with a new manager and all sorts surrounding Courtois & Hazard, Real needing to replace Ronaldo etc Next three weeks could be really something.

I think it will be Salah and young players in the main who cover number 9. There’s clearly intention in that, the club needs at least one of them to come through

Fair point. Seems like his high profile is a lot about charisma. Watching YouTube etc shows he’s got the unbelievable save in him, he’s clearly decent with his feet, but that doesn’t mean he’s mistake free or consistent

At bare minimum yes. If the worldie is out of bounds for whatever reason, then someone solid & experienced coming in without much drama or expectation might solve things for now
