Strurrdge misses sitter Set up twice by Naby in short order running through midfield.
-
Decent through midfield, all breaks down with front three where there’s a clear lack of quality on the ball and little link up play between them Lallana hits bar and has one saved from a few yards. Best on park by a way. Woodburn good too

Stream is so behind I just looked a Pearce’s twitter for Alisson news and saw we got a penalty and missed it...and there we go

Pogba sacrificed himself more for the team in the last few games. Mourinho is sour because he didn’t feel the need to do that every week for Man U. That’s not a great cocktail

Chelsea left scrambling if he went to Roma would be funnier
-
Almost certainly What’s interesting is the fee he might attract. Leicester was one possible home. Not sure many in PL have the need & budget
-
Regardless of whether this is fair comment on Shaqiri, I recall Adam being a big player for Stoke who was s*** for them, so he’s got no leg to stand on
-
So he’s playing tonight then? Personal rebuilding starts here, no longer having to live up to being number 1, should provide room to get it together again
-
That’s it really, rehabilitated Karius would either be decent back up or worth cash. Right now he’s certainly not getting a big fee

This is quite interesting actually So Schmeichel is also on the radar of Chelsea. Would that have incentivised Roma to prefer Chelsea if they’d have got things lined up quicker? Similar in a way to how they’d only agree to the compensation package for Sarri if they got Jorginho in the deal?
-
Agree Fekir has the benefit of covering both. If not him, someone else is needed as Lallana can’t be relied upon to to carry the performance level and workload of being the only out & out creative midfielder
-
Doesn’t seem to add up like that to me We were in for Shaqiri before the Fekir medical issues We’ve known Ox wasn’t an option this season since April We were trying to by Keita & VVD from not long after Coutinho signed a new deal last Jan, long before Neymar left Barca and it even became a thing

The timing seems to have been crucial, as has potentially playing dumb around it.
-
He got really good, was only on loan initially, earned a move to jive.

It’s a proper six pointer
