What we need to do now is getting 4 players in that would go straight into the first 11 and get the team up the team table and earn the club a european spot. Take the financial pain for the second half of this season and then move the dead wood. If we can move some now without weakening the squad, then yes , do it , but priority should be to get players in that make an immediate impact on the first 11.
