Henderson is brilliant, but the injury that may never go away is a major concern. Even at his peak though he doesn't score enough goals, which I don't think is going to work with how Klopp wants to play. Knowing that he can be upgraded upon in theory if we can get someone who provides everything Henderson does but chips in with goals as well.

It's just bizarre when it's clear as day Sturridge is just working his b******s off to get fit and Klopp is helping him get there. Now there must be a narrative that Klopp is holding him back. Who will be the first journalist to say Klopp as a German is trying to ruin England's chances by holding their biggest hope back?

Rematched the match this morning. Basically, anything Milner did in the center of the park was the stuff of nightmares, but when he drifted wide he did REALLY good stuff.

Lack of goals is the main weakness he really has, other than that he's a Rolls Royce of a player.

What's interesting is that the club has always stayed quiet about it, with Henderson being the one who revealed the details of the injury. Since he did that he hasn't really gone into detail on it again. Can't help but see it as the club not really wanting it out there to protect his value, maybe it's one of those those things that don't really show up on a medical. It's all a bit weird put it that way.

I don't pretend to understand it but from when there were reports about this injury it went something like this... The injury is incurable and he is in constant pain The only hope is that the injury ruptures, and HOPEFULLY once it heals the issue will be gone. Two big caveats to that we're that when/if that happens, he'll be out for a long time, and that there's no 100% guarantee that the issue will actually go away when/if this happens.

He pretty much travelled the world looking for something like that and found nothing, so no unfortunately. Basically, unless something magical happens he could be pretty f***ed: I feel really bad for him but it would also explain why we're maybe looking to sell.

I don't think that heel injury is going anywhere until it ruptures from the way I remember it, and there is no way of knowing when that will be. There is no cure, resting it doesn't do s***.
