The United midfielder was sent off by referee Steve Bennett for a high lunge at Manchester City's Andy Cole. United appealed against the decision but an FA panel has today rejected a claim for wrongful dismissal. Interestingly the Football League report into agents fees has just been published - very interesting - Luton paid £92k to agents between July and december last year in comparison to £9k the previous year. Leeds spent a staggering £500k which is an improvement on the previous year which was £1.5m! Liverpool - Midfielder wants permanent exit 10 Jan 2006 11:31 Clubcall Liverpool midfielder Bruno Cheyrou has revealed he wants to turn his loan stay with Bordeaux into a permanent one. The 28-year-old is with the Championnat side for the entire season, so far making 13 appearances and scoring once, and told L'Equipe of his desire to stay with Les Girondins. Cheyrou said: "I feel great here. This is a great club and I would love to continue my career here." Its hardly a shocker but I cant believe hes 28!
