Oh yes! Evidently he is the same quality as Mellor. He has played at least 6 times the amount of first team games as Mellor and has played in an International. What is the matter with people!?! At this point, he is not good enough for LFC, but he still has good potential. Hopefully he will stay clear of injury and progress.

Again, thats harsh. Although I dont dispute that he let in some soft goals for us. He is a good keeper. But at this point, he is no better than he was when we bought him. There is only one reason for this, and this is injury. He has not played enough games, and as a result, he has lost almost 4 years of development. Unfulfilled potential - yes Not good enough for Liverpool at the moment - yes The future - he has the potential to become a very good keeper, if he stays clear of injury He is getting a rough ride here.

He is a good keeper, but very injury prone. The guy is young and IF he ever manages to get over his injury problems he could become a very good keeper. Good business for us and possibly for Wigan. On another note, my understanding was that we bought Kirkland for £3 million, with the rest based on clauses. Surely he never met all those clauses!?!

Its ok getting through Luton. I was there last Tuesday with no problems. As Terri mentioned, its much better since the refurb. I will be aiming to get there about 12.30pm. Cant be bothered with any last minute rushing. No doubt I will see you in the pub.
