You can't count a goal thats been disallowed for the precise reason that the attacker has gained an unfair advantage. Don't get me wrong Fowler's overhead kick against Birmingham was class, but there's a reason he was in that position to finish it. Charlton was a good hit, still not convinced about the keeper mind, and was a good goal, but it doesn't count because it was ruled out. Tonights wasn't really one thing nor the other. No idea if the ball went out first, but it just hit him and went in. Hell I'd have taken that at the time, but still. We all know what Robbie is capable of, you only need to watch his goal against United for City, but using disallowed goals to bolster his case, is hardly a watertight argument.
