In that Football Focus interview, he talks about bringing his team with him. Reminds me of the Rafa entourage that goes with him from club to club (even on his payroll in-between clubs), Also reminds me that Rodgers didn't seem to have the same sort of team with him, with the exception of maybe Pasoce and we all know how that ended.
