i would like to bring in 2-3 'starters' positions and replace 2-3 squad players who he trusts more. I rate Elliott/Endo etc but if he doesn't think they are good enough after a year they need replacing.

he was certainly thumping the badge at one point. Staying or going - he is part of a massive win and he was celebrating like the rest of them. Sport is about winning and being in the moment - he certainly was.
