I have at last got back into running. Two weeks ago I restarted and I struggled to do 5k, today I did 10, it was slow 1:15 but I was happy I did it. I am 54, and 10kg overweight.
I looked online and all sites seem to think I should be running a lot quicker. The question is, do I stay slow and steady and go further or try and speed up?
