It could be argued, I guess. But it'd be a b******s argument, in my humble opinion. Let's look at it another way - do you think that it is not a spend that the club is contractually committed to?

Not really relevant to the conversation that was being had, about the club's spend, I don't think. It is a transfer spend that has been committed to. What are the club's/company's accounting dates? To end-May, I think, from memory. So there will have to be some mention of it in the current year.

Typo? Or maybe not? In the old days, before everyone was allowed to just type incomprehensible nonsense, I'd be tempted to request clarification on this. But I must now just leave it, as such requests may ruin it for everyone.

I'm not sure what point he is trying to make. FSG has spent £155mil net, the last lot spent only £21mil? Was that a live debate anywhere, whether FSG is better than H&G?
