what will be his squad number for next season

Our defence has been solid and it does not need too much tinkering... The way this season has progressed proved that we miss Sissoko when hes out of the team because of his work rate.... Gerrard on the right has been a success and gives him the freedom to roam and Alonso adds to the solidity and creativity.. I think these 3 have to be in our midfield next season and with Kewell, Gonzalez and Zenden giving us options on the left we are on paper equiped to deal with and rotate players... Paul Anderson would provide good cover next season for the right wing slot where Gerrard has done well..besides that how many players would you have ahead of Gerrard as rightsided midfielder.. Obviously it would be great if we can sign a world class rightwinger but there arent many around.. However the most pressing issue is signing a clinical finisher who does not waste chance after chance.... I know Crouch has been a decent signing, but the chances like the one he missed against Charlton which was begging to be put away cost us 2 points.. the less said about Morientes and Cisse the better.. A 20 league goal a season pacy striker who fits our system is someone we are looking for and would probably be pretty expensive... If we blow a large chunk of our transfer budget on a proven striker who I think it would help us challenge for the league title..
