Djibril Cisse has revealed how he encouraged Harry Kewell to join in the Liverpool celebrations on Saturday after the Reds' winger limped out of the Cup final. Kewell tore a groin muscle against West Ham and was forced to leave the field early for the third major final in a row. The Australian star is expected to be fit for this summer's World Cup finals after a scan revealed he is likely to be out of action for three weeks, but Cisse admits his close friend was a distraught figure at the final whistle in Cardiff. "Harry is like a brother to me here at Liverpool, and it was hard to see him really disappointed like that," said Cisse. "So I went over to get him at the end. I wanted to do my best for him, but it was hard. Three times in a final now he has had to come off. So I am going to do what I can for him." Cisse, meanwhile, has reiterated his determination to still be a Liverpool player next season even though he knows his future will be the subject of much speculation over the coming weeks. "I have done my best with the bit of time I have had to play," he added. "But he is the boss and it is his decision. We haven't spoken about it yet and maybe won't do until after the World Cup, because there isn't much time before it now. "I don't want to leave. I know it is not going to be my decision whether I do or not, but I want to stay at Liverpool."
