If Stevie is to be moved into the middle then we need to play 4-5-1, Stevie does not defend enough when he is in a 2 in the middle, we may get away with it against lower teams but he gets picked off against the better ones. Agger is a sensation btw, a real hot prospect.

Stevie is not a vocal leader he tries to lead by example, its just not a very good example at the minute! we need our captain to grab matches by the scuff of the neck ala last year.

He is, usually in about 4 games a season, 2 usually against us. He is a battering ram, usually nothing more. (except the odd time he takes a 40 yard pass down with his chest and turns and fires an unstoppable shot into the top corner against one of the best defences in europe)

Leo, if you see the goal again you will see that Carra is as tight as he can be when Drogba received the ball but he backs into Carra which knocks Carra back, only a couple of feet but enough to allow the turn, by the time Jamie pushed up the shot was away. I think all credit needs to go to Drogba, a quality goal from a crap player.

I think that shows you that the winners are usually the medias darlings rather than the greates sporting achievement of the year. sad but true.

I think we will have to play a hell of a lot better to get going in the league, there seems to be something missing at the minute. One positive I will say is the Carra/Agger partnership has alot of promise, if we could get left back sorted then the defense is top class, I think that is why we played Stevie at left midfield today, because Rafa was worried about exposing Warnock. So by having 1 weak link at left back, our midfield suffers by moving Stevie which makes our attack suffer. so one worry spreads through the team. Maybe being unfair on Warnock there but I think the balance is not right.

I wouldn't call Bellamys a chance, yes it was a pretty even game but to believe that all is right in the team is wrong, there is no natural flow in our play, our balance is not right and Gerrard looks like he has got another strop on.

Oh give over, if there is one thing that annoys me more than a fan moaning without reason its a super fan not admitting what he saw. Creating chances does not win games, scoring them does! Chelsea deserved the points because they scored one more than we did, we even had the advantage of one more man for the guts of the second half. I believe that we are better than we have showed so far this season, but lets not take away from the fact that we have been pants this season. end of.

I don't think that Jamie is the best 'expert' on tv but he didn't let them stir as much as they were trying, he shot Gray down a few times re Gerrard.

Keys and Gray were even smirking to each other, but to be fair Jamie defended us well.

And the award to completly missing the point of Sports Personality of the year award goes to...Rushian! If it is for sports achievment of the year then I totally agree but its not. Unfortunatly it has to be influenced by the media because they are the ones responsible for creating these personalities.

The only change I would make to that Dave is maybe Garcia for Gonzalez, Chelsea will be very wary of Lil'Luis after his performances against them in the past.
