Gunga Din

just hasnt got what it takes to play for us at the highest level. there is a gulf in class between ressie football and the top of the premiership, and Mellor is falling between two stools, not good enough for the firsts, too good for the reserves.

probably not. having not been able to get a ticket for Luton, i doubt i will get one for pompey. not to arsed though, s*** hole of a place

we'll get about 3 tickets if its away to Cheltenham. home draw please and balls to the horse racing

i personally cant think of any reason why it cant be moved till teh friday. its good friday, most people will be off work anyway

i was replying to Wills point on moving it to a sunday. Friday would be the best option, or even move the kickoff to 11am on the saturday and allow fans to get back to the memorial. i dont think a boycott, as is being suggested on RAWK would work, simply because other fans would go in place of the ones who are boycotting.

home to number 23 please. thanks

we are due to play Fulham at home on the 17th, so i think this would be highly unlikely.

weekend of 28th January

i would have thought so. he was behind the circle, so at least another 10 yards further than 55. i would say he was somewhere between 65 - 70 yards out, and the first somewhere around 35 yards out. thats some shooting

anyone at home will do for me. preferably someone s***

i think Ian St John once scored a header from Hunts Cross

nail and head mate Posts merged: is the lad not entitled to a bad game. riise looked poor tonight, got destroyed by their winger, Sami was poor, Xabi had a poor game bar the goals, Cisse contributed little and even Finnan looked of his game. but hey, lets single out crouch and his work rate. after all, he's an easy target and you'll get plenty of numpties who will agree with you. have you not thought that the reason why Crouch looked so pooris because Cisse disnt stay close enough to him, that the support from midfield was slow in arriving, that there was very tlittl ein the wway of quality balls going to him, namely because Xabi's passing game wasn't at his usual standard?

well i couldnt think of a better word dont go the game, we win 3-5 away from home and xabi scores from our half of the pitch

fair play to Luton, and fair play to their fans too. calling them small time and tossers is a bit much. they watch their team against dross most weeks, last year they were playing league games against the likes of Torquay and Colchester. tonight they played the European champions, and for a good part of the match they gave us the runaround. it was their cup final. so they gave a few of our players some stick. so what. and fair play to Mike Newell too. he has done a graet job there and they play a better passing game than a lot of teams in the top flight.

his average yardage for his two goals tonight must have been over 50!!!

its small time, that and singing about Chelsea are two things that are really winding me up about some of our fans at the minute
