We have needed a dominant central midfielder for an age, agree re Zielinski, I expect we'll be going into the season with Henderson, Milner and Can as our midfield 3. Not good enough imo.

Benteke is a exception (I can't think of many others?), I expect they took into account his potential for resale. Also with Brendan Rodgers farce who knows what was going on behind the scenes, we weren't going to pay 32.5 mil either until we did!

Yep. It's been the same almost every summer, FSG don't do it, they aren't willing to pay the fees or wages required for established players. My fear is that Klopps track record gives them yet more belief that it's the right approach.
