Gotze would be an awesome signing, but if I was going to throw money at anyone it would be a dominant CM, someone like Gundogan, who can partner Can, Henderson etc. Ideally we'd get both - but dont see that happening

He's not a defensive mid, he needs someone alongside whose main role is to break up play and lay it off. He was outstanding against Villareal but they pretty much ceded the midfield, he's got bag loads of talent, just needs to be used in the right way

Zielinski? Isnt he more of a attacking mid? We need a Masch type, someone who exists to break up play and lay it off quickly

I didn't think we dominated, I thought we nullified Sevilla well, but were very wasteful and slow in our approach play, we had a really good period after the goal and should have scored a couple. The second half was abysmal, we never got started and our weaknesses were well exposed. I as we all are am absolutely gutted, but this is the start of the journey. Klopp deserves massive credit for getting to the final, he also gets some criticism for not getting the tactical setup right. But he's not the only one, too many players had a poor game. Thoigh even us getting to the final was an achievement, especially when you consider the team we beat. We're going to win the league! Onwards and upwards

Pathetic second half, we can all blame Moreno but once again we had no midfield. It's too lightweight and gets bullied too easily. Tactical setup was wrong and the subs came way too late. Absolutely gutted.
