I agree. Wildly over rated.

The only problem being, as has been stated ad infinitum on here, the 'liverpool man' of whom you speak is: 1. Of character dubious enough to attempt a bargain basement bid for the club. 2. Loyal enough to go bleating to the media when he doesn't get his own way 3. Classy and honourable enough to make a scene with his wife at the AGM, prefering to make a circus of the club instead of making his point in a controlled, sensible loyal and becoming manner. I'm baffled you don't get this to be honest. He's a Risdale, Bates waiting to happen. That's why FANS wouldn't touch him with a barge pole.

It won't be coke. I believe they have a policy not to support an individual team. They know that sponsoring LFC would mean all the mancs, bitters and chavs would start drinking pepsi. Unless they've changed their policy.

There's an interview with James Herbert the horror writer in the Metro today, which said the only time he has seen a ghost was a Moores house in Spain (I think), when he clearly saw a monk walk through Moores flat. Would love to know what Bob Wright has to say about that.....

So the Krafts are still in the running by the sounds of that. They are my still my prefered option. I spoke to an investment banker last night actually, who did the Villa deal and backed up everything said by NYR about Lerner being a thoroughly decent bloke. He also mentioned that he'd looked at LFC before going for Villa, which surprised me. My final drunken words were 'sort those Krafts out'.
