Yeah, yeah. We said the same thing this time last year about Simao. If i was a cynic, I'd say that we just do this to make it seem like we have money. Incidentally, that's the exact thing that SFX say about us with Owen, that we never made a serious bid for him at all, and it was all smoke and mirrors. Think about it. In the same breath, you don't actually think if you buy a player for 10 million, you then write them a cheque for 10 million do you? That makes Bellamy our only "purchase" this summer, so take away the players sold and I'm sure the balance isn't 15.5 mil. That club of ours is a tin pot fecking outfit. Just called to get some kits for my boys and it was confirmed that they don't know when they will be doing name and numbers for kids shirts. But they also said I couldn't buy one anyone as the system is down and to call back Friday. Maybe they didn't realise they might get a few people calling today asking to buy shirts. Absolutely fecking useless!!

I've just heard back from my agent in Holland who I do a lot of work with and he has said "In Holland everybody expects him to sign for Liverpool, he asked Feyenoord for permission not to practice this week (he has had it with Feyenoord), but his manager (Rob Jansen) yesterday said that there is no concrete contact with Liverpool at all.......?"

Is it just us that have fecking sagas like this??? Simao and Figo last year, Alves/Alves this year and the Gonzalez will he/won't he get a permit. What's next?
