For me the two big questions about him are the signings and the defensive organisation which has basically never looked solid for a really sustained period. Both of these are fundamental to building a team: most managers start at the back because its easier to sort out. On the signings of course all managers have flops but the number of real successes in the three years is pretty alarming. That said I think anyone wanting him gone now needs to ask them self if they fancy the current regime to find, appoint and appropriately support someone better. I'm not sure I do. If I thought Klopp or Ancelotti or Simeone (who I think would be great for us - his football may not be the best to watch but he has something unusual in that you can see his players love playing for him and always give everything) were on the way then I'd be up for change. If its Koeman or AVB etc then I'd rather stay as we are. As I think the latter is more likely than the former, I tend towards sticking with Rodgers.
