  1. Big brand opportunities remain for us to partner in the following industries: Bottling Defence Cardiology
  2. they probably intended to get Not Big Sam on about social media and the toad version got wind
  3. Sounds like he's reading one of Bill Bryson's books
  4. Around 50% of the time at Anfield
  5. I've always liked him as a player. A good, consistent 7/10 type with a great engine.
  6. With this many arrests surely a few of them are going to plea and the whole house of cards starts to fall. It's going to be ace and sad at the same time. To think what that money could really have done for the good of the game.
  7. He looks more like Rick from the walking dead. Maybe it's an omen for Brendan or he's the one that's been coaching the back line
  8. A real worry should be how sustainable all of these sponsorship deals are at the level we demand when there are a) no trophies b) no current marquee / legend names to wave about c) other, successful clubs with a & b attacking these markets. It speaks volumes that our big malaysian do is against Spurs this summer. That is where we are at.
  9. Does make you wonder about all of the legal hight s***e about Sterling though
  10. Scored 8 in 33 in a defensively minded team. If only our forwards reached such heights
  11. Obviously they've put this out there so that there's a nice bit of profle ready for when they pitch in for some sponsor's name to go underneath it. I'm really hoping there's a company out there with money to burn called f***you Blues***e
  12. 6/10 is the highest possible standard in ratings, so I'm happy with that news
  13. He also came out today and said Suarez should apologise to the families of the 1972 Andes flight disaster.
  14. Often wondered what payback Italy and Spain got from FIFA for the South Korea thing. It's not like there's been any corruption or doping issues that could have been overlooked in recent years, and both teams have won nowt...
  15. Welcome Dennis and rickie
  16. To go with his biker look. Ayrmin Tamsarian, the fake principal
  17. Sahko by the sonics
  18. What do you reckon the owners' thinking is at the moment? Two points off top and bossing teams for fun at times. Will they be thinking 'nice work Brendan, keep going with what you have' or will our position maybe encourage them to throw some cash at January to potentially clinch a title?
  19. The days of phil and moses laugh and run away like a child at play Passing through to dan and Luis We score, and like before, hear that joyous kopite roar
  20. How will they do with people like Budweiser sponsoring in an Islamic nation? Would someone recently throwing millions into the game like etihad step in?

  22. So two execs at our competitors advising us ha ha ha, and this: As long as we continue to improve our revenue performance and invest well in the team and build the business sustainably, that's our objective. Where it doesn't mention on pitch success are extremely concerning. That quote above is basically saying get enough players to be competitive, get the money rolling in and don't overspend we will be happy
  23. True but would they be that black and white? Would Brendan not justify things in terms of possession won, second balls won, interceptions etc as well as the over all pattern of play? Player x does this which allows player y to do this which enables player z to move here. This is where stats become at odds to the interdependence of football. For example... Look at our chances created. Then look at our poor conversion. We need a striker. Says bugger all about the types of chances or how many someone like Suarez carved out himself, or even if they were all shots from our own half. It needs game knowledge. Not a spreadsheet with a finance head
  24. Would they? They see allen's passing stats and it looks good but they haven't a clue whether it's effective within the pattern of play
  25. Indeed. Rooney is often seen telling himself to f*** off. He's like Deadpool that fella.
