It is interesting, because we might get a better idea of what he is about, but I really wonder about the hype with him. If he hadn't been the player he was his record as manager would not deserve the level of praise it gets, surely? I appreciate it's not just results but also style etc, kind of like BR, but still. he's done very well at Brondby, then left in contentious circumstances, done well at Getafe then walked, gone to Russia, sacked, ok at Malaga, walked. I like him, and I admire his unwillingness to work in a situation where he feels compromised, but it seems to me that so far the hype outweighs the evidence
