  2. Ot's not so much losing speed as increasing the tendency to pick up injuries as the body is repeteadly stressed. Once you pick up an injury you can't train at the same intensity and therefore you lose core fitness and ergo speed.
  3. Excellent news. Bennett does his level best to ruin any game he referees. Well done Wigan.
  4. If Rafa continues to ignore me I'm going to stop talking to him through the TV. Obviously Pennant was foolish to give away the yellows but the manager should've removed him at least 5 minutes before the second caution.
  5. Rafa should've taken Pennant off. He was a little unlucky but the warning signs were there and it should've been avoided.
  6. He's a decent ref. Made a few bad decisions but overall he was good. The standard of ref in Europe is higher than in the Premier League.
  7. To try and answer these questions I started a guide thread on rawk. I've used it myself when travelling abroad, its really handy to tap into the local knowledge of where to watch the reds. If anyone can offer any additions based on local knowledge I'll add them to the thread (eventually, I have a backlog to sort). If you're not a member on rawk you could add them below and I'll transfer them: http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index....20287.0.new#new If possible please keep to this format: City: Name: Address: Tel: Website: Remarks: Submitted by:

  22. Well said JonnyH. The worst thing is seeing people who went through that time getting upset now because others are raking this nonevent up into something its not. Emotions and passions are being roused and exploited not to focus on the injustice of Hillsborough but the side issue of the distorted reporting and lies in the ensuing coverage. They don't even seem to consider the damage they're doing to one of the most successful ground up boycotts of a newspaper ever mounted.
  23. I'd go further, there's a need not to start one. Any attempt to extend the boycott to a paper which didn't print the Hillsborough slurs is going to make it increasingly difficult to maintain the existing boycott. The clarity of the simple message 'don't buy the sun' and the clear link between the campaign and the slurs will be broken. To outsiders the argument will lose force and the focus neccesary to communicate any concept to the general public will be lost. We've all been united behind one simple purpose and that focus is now being discarded. Why?
  24. Or even better Duckinfield and the piece of s*** MP who briefed the rag in the first place. I'm delighted the boycott of the rag has stuck but sometimes the attention it gets pisses me off because it lets the real culprits off the hook. It's almost become a competition amongst our support as to who can summon up the greatest rage against the Sun sometimes I wish those people could summon up the same level of passion and use it to achieve something positive.
