I also read something about Parry advising that FSG go for Rafa but if I remember rightly this was when Hodgson got the boot. Whoever else was advising them steered them away from Rafa. Wonder if they compared him to Paul Potts as well?

I'm pretty sure that is on his site listed as records in the background section. And anyway, why shouldn't he list those, they are impressive and he's after work. -
Sean Rogers tweeted something the other day that stuck with me and I think its certainly true. I just dont see Martinez or Rodgers being one of these managers like Kenny and Rafa and Ged before him.

I just want to see one concrete bit of information that says Rafa Benitez is at least being considered for the job, thats all, its not much to ask is it?
