he's a professional referee and therefore shouldn;t be biased but i think were there is a possibility of bias being inferred then then the ref should be changed

the point of the article was not to discuss whether he is innocent or not but it was a review of a tv programme so i guess he's just suggesting that as a piece of jounralism it should have been balanced and give an airing to both sides of the argument.

Ludovic Giuly has issued Barcelona an ultimatum after responding to reports suggesting Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez will bid to bring him to Anfield in the summer. The French schemer wants a two-year extension to his present deal at Camp Nou, that runs until 2007, and his preference is to remain with the UEFA Champions League semi-finalists. Although not denying the alleged interest from Liverpool, the 29-year-old says he has yet to hear from Benitez but admitted he wants his demands met by his present employers. Liverpool keeper Jose Reina has hit out at Chelsea's Arjen Robben on the eve of their crucial FA Cup semi-final clash at Old Trafford. The Reds keeper is unhappy with the Dutchman for his part in getting him sent off at Stamford Bridge earlier this season. Reina was given a straight red card by referee Alan Wiley back in February when Robben crashed to the floor after the keeper lashed out late on in the contest. The Spaniard was disappointed by the former PSV Eindhoven's star actions as he believed Robben deliberately tried to have him dismissed from the field. "Robben disappointed me a lot," Reina told the Sun. "I have never playacted to get a rival sent off. "I'll be coming up against Robben again, but I won't do what I did last time. I won't lash out, I'll be a calmer. "His behaviour left a lot to be desired but I learnt from that mistake. The only consolation is that everybody was on my side and got stuck into Robben." sky
