If we weren't so consistently dog s*** you imagine we'd have seen a bit more of Rio. I understand protecting him from the current malaise but maybe he could have brought a spark from the bench

It is hard to judge anyone in this current situation and he is clearly a very talented boy. Wouldn't be in the least bit surprising to see him playing back in Germany in a year or 2 though with us all scratching our head.

Ive tried to be patient with him and it will be absolutely horrible to sack him but I think tonight's performance is more telling than some of the runs of losses. I can't see any rationale argument for persevering with him. All that said I'm hugely disappointed in a lot of our senior players.
