I agree that it needs correcting and it doesn't just happen. There is however an upward curve. There will be set backs as it won't just be a straight line improvement We'll struggle for a bit and I accept that. we need another couple of transfer windows and for the manager to continue working with them.

Harsh to criticise someone for not saving a pen but I do believe he would have stopped it 3 years ago. It's not that he's at fault but it's the erosion of the tiny percentages that mean he's ok as opposed to exceptional
