  1. Mignolet Gomez Klavan Lovren Robertson Hendo Ox Wijaldum Salah Firmino Coutinho Mané on bench Can suspended No Sturridge
  2. Mundo Deportivo has us selling Coutinho if we we get Keïta in January ( apparently there’s a clause allowing us to pay €15m more for that) and Lemar. Aguilar is a reliable journalist so more credible than usual Spanish stories http://www.mundodeportivo.com/futbol/fc-barcelona/20171214/433628076598/naby-keita--thomas-lemar--philippe-coutinho.html
  3. We're also bloody unlucky and/or inefficient. We've had four bad decisions against is the past four matches. Are these all evening out that one non-Mignolet red card?
  4. Next year's all about the league. After number six in Kiev, we can put the CL on the backburner.
  5. Mourinho getting done on two goals from corners is taking the edge of a tiny bit. I'd go for Werner and Goretzka with Keita and a new centre half and we win league. I wish Klopp knew as much as me as I've implied a few times today...
  6. I think they were too but they didn't. Maybe Coutinho was not fully fit in any case. I'm probably being way too critical of Klopp but most here had a bad feeling as soon as the lineup came in.
  7. Do you really need to swear to get your point across? Let me try: Klopp dropping Coutinho and Firmino (and Wijnaldum and Can) sends out a message that LFC think Everton are s***. The players probably get that message too. And rather than going about the game like make s*** decisions.
  8. Should not have ben a foul. But still brainless from Lovren. Rinse and repeat.
  9. He should have. But that miss summed up the general air of complacency in the team. Which comes from the manager giving the team the message that this is not a serious challenge: 'We can leave two of our best four out of this one'. There is a time and a place for rotation and Klopp has generally got it right. But he got it wrong today and he compounded with this subs. At least Coutinho and Firmino (and Can and Wijnaldum) are fresh for West Brom now.
  10. I don't disagree. That was his plan. That was all he had. If he went toe for toe, they'd have been hammered. And thanks to your complacency, luck, Lovren, the ref, it worked.
  11. And you're a super fan. Wel done. Keep being happy with mediocrity. How are you not fuming after that? Everton hadn't a hope going into the game and Klopp gifted them one. Like Guardiola resting De Bruyne and Silva today.
  12. His plan was to hang in there and get one chance and it worked. What was Klopp's? All-out attack without your best players and finishing with a pair of strikers who haven't scored a Premier League goal in years up front.
  13. Plenty of blame to go around. Lovren, Mané, whose decision making was terrible throughout and blew the 2-0, Firmino for the stupid back heel that set up the Everton break for goal but Klopp sets the tone. Which was we can beat these without being at our best. And the he compounds it by taking off the most in-form player in the league and relying on Solanke and Ings to salvage it. Neither Manchester clubs, Sours, Chelsea or Arsenal drop points at home to s*** like Everton when dominating the game.
  14. A few flattering wins against some rubbish and suddenly criticising the manager is again verboten. He's had a mare here and he's cost us two points.
  15. I wouldn't go that far but yes, he got it all wrong.
  16. Klopo outthought by Big Sam for the second time in months. Leaves two key players on bench, takes best player off when game in balance. Persists with a walking mistake in defence and throws away two points against a bunch of numpties by being too clever and getting suckered into derby mythology.
  17. Said it after Spurs and say it time and time again that idiot should be ran out of the town. Brainless in the extreme.
  18. Going to be end to end with borderline 4-2-4 for both teams Just hope our extra pace and attacking quality will be enough
  19. I think one guy on Twitter assumed this from watching Sky Sports News
  20. The Blues really think that Big Sam is their savior: (I went on the Echo site so you didn't have to - I think the page is still loading somewhere) Kevin Ratcliffe: "And even though Liverpool’s recent goalscoring record sounds like some kind of rugby formation - three, five, seven - I don’t think we’ll be seeing another rugby score on Sunday. In fact I wouldn’t be surprised if both teams might be happy to take a draw right now.Liverpool fans will obviously disagree - but I think things have changed a little bit on the Merseyside horizon since Big Sam has come in.It’s amazing that some people didn’t want him in at Everton....I’ve played against him and known him from when I was a manager - and he’s a winner [never won a trophy - the new Moyes] He's also a revolutionary thinker according to Ratcliffe aided by completely botching their UEL group Everton: "I think it was a great idea of Sam’s to spend time several days with the players he is going to use on Sunday, rather than travelling out to Cyprus to watch what was effectively a shadow squad.I like that thinking. He will have had an extra couple of days to work on set pieces, shapes, defensive set ups - and that could be decisive on Sunday. It was a good idea and one of the reasons why he’s been in the game for so long."
  21. And he could and should have scored 2 when it was 3-2
  22. Real battle for places now - even on the bench: Karius, Sturridge, Alexander-Arnold, Lallana, Milner, Wijnaldum or Can, Klavan, Robertson, Grujic, Solanke, Oxlade-Chamberlain all unlikely to be in starting eleven.
  23. Outside chance of Mane, Firmino, Coutinho, Salah and Lallana playing together for the first time
