I, for one, would be overjoyed with humble emotion if the interesting character that is Glen "The Loo Seat" Johnson is given a starting berth in the upcoming fixture.
  2. So he was beneath both Souness and Evans? May I suggest a reevaluation?

I will be most surprised if we line up 442. Most surprised indeed.
  4. I wholesomely agree with this statement, and my own angle on this situation is that Mr Power should be reprimanded for his use of insulting language, rather than an attempt to operate in the frame of "one up" manship. I must add, however, that this is a man who has used a public situation of racism to as a tool of promotion, evidenced by the lack of media coverage before, and the recognition of his name after, the event. There is nothing more deplorable than using a situation to your own advantage, particularly when it is applied to topic such as racism. I would not be opposed to him receiving suitable comeuppance given his earlier preachings on the matter. I would however urge caution in this situation. Mindfulness should be considerable this scenario as we, as an entity, possess potential for bias towards this man. This is not to pardon his ignorance in using such a term - in his position especially, it was an idiotic choice of word - but one must be wary of calling for a man to be hung drawn and quartered over an issue.
  5. Indeed, the complete undertone of the word in question is questionable to say the least. It makes the despicable inference that people of any creed can, and should, only behave in way that suits their skin colour. If that is not racism then I am unsure of what is.
  6. Grover approves of these developments - if nothing else, this proves the narrowminded views of this man.

I believe the key match up in this game will be Johnson against Bale. I back Mr Johnson wholeheartedly.

Unfortunately, no. When one plumbs to the depths of Andy Carroll, merely kicking the ball in a straight line seems to influence certains persons to find their ladders, uncover the ceremonial trumpet stored in a dusty box in the loftspace, and play a short burst of beethoven in homage to Mr Carroll. The unfortunate reality is that his form has been "decent", and nothing more.

If I may propose a solution, Carroll should be dropped. In all honesty im not sure what "form" the original post maker is referring to, as form usually extends beyond one game. The front three should be Bellamy, Suarez, Kuyt with Gerrard, Spearing and Henderson behind.
  12. I plan to ghost write on his behalf
  13. Outrageous scenes at Goodison
  14. Indeed, I must say that I merely remember a smattering of interesting forward forays by this particular character. In an attacking regard, he is certainly no Glen Johnson.
  15. Haha, Just noticed this. RRRRWWWWWWWWOAOAAAARRRRRRRRRRR!
  16. On the right hand side there is also a black man giving Evra a one fingered salute. Can a black man be racist towards another black individual?
  17. In my opinion, he was exercising the right to imitate a punnet of strawberries. Not guilty.
  18. Yes, Carroll has no qualities.
  19. This is what I am concerning myself with, however there seem to be too many reports for this to be untrue. On the basis that all this has in fact added itself to our passage of time, one must pose a few questions that surely need answering for the purposes of entering bed with a sound and clear mind. - Firstly, who has leaked the story to the press? - If it has departed from Liverpool, who precisely is responsible? - Why has Kenny appeared to back the player with even greater ferocity in recent times, when all this behaviour has been carried out behind the scenes (and likely to be to Dalglish's knowledge)? - Does this mean Kenny does not rate him, or does it simply mean he is under pressure to sell before he buys? - Which member of the transfer team at Liverpool thought Manchester Blue would be remotely interested in a player like Andy Carroll when a) he is living on "potential" as we speak, and b) they already possess a powerhouse forward in the name of Edin Dzeko? All five questions flummox my adequately sized natural computer, but the fifth question on my brief list is surely the most pertinent, as I feel a swap for Tevez and Carroll would go down in history as one of those most bizarre transfers in footballing history, second only to that of Andy Carroll to Liverpool for 35M wongas. Manchester Blue and their representatives would surely have been sniggering 3 hours after recieving the relevant fax/phone call.
  20. Are we to assume that the swap deal has in fact been proposed then?

  23. If he gets it I suspect he'll be bunged with emotion.
  24. DO YOU HAZ A KRYSTEL BALL LOL This is the response that is passing through my nimble mind currently. Sometimes those thoughts need to be transferred in written form.
