Agree with that. How many of us are on here with good educations, jobs etc and we don't get close to that. Yet 17 years olds playing football on youth contracts can earn £100,000+ a year....

Bookmakers expect it to beat the X Factor winner to the festive top spot. Ninety-six Liverpool football fans died in a crush at the Hillsborough stadium in Sheffield during an FA Cup semi final in 1989. Margaret Aspinall, whose 18-year-old son James was among them, said listening to the new version was emotional because James had bought her the original on record just three weeks before he died. "When I was listening to it, to be honest with you, it was sad because I just shut my eyes and I saw my son handing me the record," she said. "I thought, maybe he's handing me this new version and saying 'listen to this'." Agree with this. Part of me wants him to go there and do REALLY well, but then part of me still hopes we may actually get ourselves back into the mix in the next couple of years and IF Rafa was there winning everything in sight it would **** our chances....

We know that wherever he goes he will look really good, but it won't be a "big" club as he hasn;t the mental strength to perform for them. He has proved that.

I just can't see the players working for him, and yes i do mean their usual suspects. I would desperately want him to do well and stuff it in their faces, but then it would not be down to him, it would be the squad he was given etc..... And of course if he failed.......... Given last nights result that would be nigh on impossible this season with Chelsea... so it would be the league... not sure it is right for Rafa Don't get me wrong I LOVE Rafa. When I heard this news I was cursing Purslow and wondering what might been with Rafa, Torres, Suarez and £50mil of decent players..... (its a parallel universe so don't even bother to use logic or reason to tell me I am wrong, we have won the lot and Demento had a neverous breakdown after Torres scored our 10th in the first half at their place.....)

So why go for 6 months?? What can he gain? he is not really a quick turn around manager, it take time to get his ideas across and get teams playing his way.... Would be surprised if it is Rafa they appoint, unless Roman wants to give Torres one last chance
