The offer was actually a fairly cheap way to get a PDA at the time, as you didnt have to bet when it was first launched. They quickly put in the Ts and Cs that if you didnt bet a fair amount (whatever that was per month) they reserved the right to make you pay for the PDA. Hmmm...
