At least half of the tickets referred to in Rule J.7 above must be made available on a sale or return basis and the balance must be ordered by the Visiting Club (subject to the conditions set out in Rule C.77) at least 4 weeks before the League Match to which they relate. 9. A Home Club shall not charge admission prices to supporters of a Visiting Club which are higher than those charged to its own supporters for comparable accommodation and in particular concessionary rates offered to senior citizens and junior supporters shall apply to supporters of a Visiting Club."

My understanding of the away fan ticket allocation rule is that it is 10% of capacity up to 3K -subject to agreement/change by the bizzies! Anything above 3K is at the discretion of the home club and usually, like Backburn, when they know they won't sell them to their own fans. Again subject to agreement with the bizzies.

Personally I have some fantastic mates who are blues but my loathing for Everton as a club is fast catching up with the mancs!
