we have been a defensive shambles all season, even against 10 men Newcastle the personnel have changed, the first choice defence has played and the results have been consistently the same the midfield being crap is a factor but the individual defenders are not playing well Mane used to give Robbo far more protection than he gets now Salah does not have the legs or attitude to help Trent as he used to players we used to rely on like VVD, Trent, Mo, Fabinho. Henderson can no longer do it consistently and that just highlights the limitations of the alternatives massive rebuild needed, could take 2 to 3 years

well it is gong to be a lot harder, there will now be 3 teams effectively bankrolled by nation states (City, United and Newcastle). Add to that you have the Chelsea madness. 4 teams who will be spending way beyond our means. We had to have a genius manager and be near perfect in transfer market just to compete with City. Now we have a massive rebuild job to do just at the wrong time. It is going to be a lot harder than it was in 2015 when Klopp joined us

yep City will spend in the summer cos they are City Arsenal will have CL football, extra money to spend and be an attractive destination United are United Newcastle have the cash anyway and may have CL football Chelsea are apparently going to go big again in the summer. this summer is massive for us and if we don't get it right, we could be out of the CL for the foreseeable. When does the 5th place come in?

it is going to be mad when/if they don't get Bellingham second summer in a row they don't get their only midfield target and have not been buying anybody else because of it
