I think Suarez has the potential to be a complete flop, particularly in the English game. And I also think it's easy to look quality in the Dutch league. A few decent performances in the World Cup aside and I think he's someone who's hyped up and pricey. In the games I've seen Ajax play over the last couple of years he's come across as a player who can disappear in games quite easily and be quite lazy. Besides, Ajax will want a ton of cash for him. Can't see it as a very NESV deal, judging by all we've heard of them. But then again, I'm quite often wrong. And I forgot about the links to Suarez, to be fair. Really don't think they can rationalise the deal, though. Using the same rationale as for Antonio Nunez back in the day, he can facilitate something tactically. Again, believe me if we had another option I'd happily have shot of him, but the only other players are Jovanovic, whose struggled domestically, but been good in Europe.
