Me and the missus are talking about buying a flat together and moving closer into town (maida vale, maida hill area potentially). So today i started getting a feel for prices and stuff - bloody hell.

 

How do any of you do it?

 

£200,000 for a one bed flat - i bought a 3 bedroom house in off allerton road in Liverpool 5 years ago for £46,000 - the world has gone mad.
